Early age education should teach how one should :
Learn to lose gracefully, and learn to share willingly.
In today’s world, where most believe that winner takes all, and a mindset of being highly competitive and aggressive, failures and losses are taken far too seriously.
Life is about wins and losses. There is no need to be crestfallen when you lose, as you should prepare better for the next opportunity. In fact failures should prepare us to be more agile and, more willing to work that much harder, and be that much smarter to look even for smallest opportunities that may eventually turn into a big win.
Similarly a win should not get us carried away, or become complacent, as that may blindsight us in leveraging on newer opportunities to accomplish high growth.
This is all about attitude as Individuals and collective attitude of teams.
I would like to believe that this kind of attitude should be nurtured from early childhood and encouraged through adult and professional life.
The spirit of Entrepreneurship is about being to take losses on your chin, and celebrate wins with confidence and belligerence. This done not come easy, and you don’t have to be a real world entrepreneur to imbibe the spirit of entrepreneurship.
Graceful in wins and losses – It is all about attitude!
