Spirituality teachings and training went online quite intensely with video contents, books, debates etc. Very useful indeed for those who already have been attached to spiritual gurus — most of whom have used technology and media comprehensively. They were ahead in the race to use technology.
Education systems needed the COVID-19 crisis to happen to begin the journey of taking live lectures online with lots of challenges.
The education systems are still embattled in a debate to prepare proper framework for:
- Implementing the core teaching-learning processes;
- A fully functional ERP, and
- A CRM system, etc.
This is an appropriate time to bring in these digital transformations.

Is this complicated for technicians? NO.
Can we train internal talent or hire external resources to hire?
The new normal, even though blended, will have to leverage technology to make educational outcomes happen.
