During these difficult times, we need to think about teachers and Instructors too.
While most schools are on Vacation in India now, it is important to design and execute training programs for teachers.
This said, it obviously has to be done online, and should of course cover their subject areas. Most importantly, we should create an awareness amongst them that perhaps the Educational Pedagogy will see a big paradigm shift.
Use of Technology and Digital Resources – obvious!
But there is more – the methodology itself!!!

How do we implement it, and that too online?!
It is an absolute necessity. Needs some deep thinking.
