Making Our Nextgen More Aware

In more ways than one, most of us will agree that we conducted our lives, taking for granted everything we were doing: Exploiting Mother Nature, Climate change, Global warming, Rising sea levels due to Glacier melts, Endangering and making extinct certain species of lives.

The race for development made us complacent about making our nextgen more aware. Our education systems have also become less sensitive about the obvious abuse of Nature. It is time to wake up, bring into our education curriculum, specially school education, where young minds are more amenable to new paradigms of, the interfaces, interactions between human beings and Nature.

While our curriculum become more intense, I think in every facet of education, every subject area, we have an opportunity to inculcate best practices on how they should interact/interface with Mother Nature.

The current nCOVID19 crisis is also an outcome of such abuses. Let us come together to plan and implement this, so that the nextgen are less vulnerable to such crisis. It wont happen overnight, but a planned and sustainable effort to implement in our system will reduce probability such calamities in future.
