Life always throws a spin at you when you least expect it.

In my life, it happened when My father had a heart attack one early morning several years ago. Thankfully he recovered and continues to guide and mentor me.

But at that moment I felt so helpless, fragile, broken because I did not expect it and did not even want to think anything negative happening in my family.

When he recovered and came to his full working routine, I realised that hope, positivity, and his will to return to normalcy, was extraordinary also many other friends had made all the difference.

Subsequently, as I restarted to come back to work. My second line of leadership of Mahesh JambardiPrashanth Bhat Shivakumar S, are Rock solid with our many colleagues and friends too.

As a CEO, am just another human having the same vulnerabilities. And then I got back to work and realised now I have to spread my wings, look at growing the business, handle all family matters, events, etc.

But that sense of responsibility etc., came later, when I was vulnerable.

I come across families, who throw caution to the air, do take time to introspect and think & plan forward.

Start learning about taxes, compliances etc.,. It helped.
