Freedom of Thought – A Proven Way for Children’s Growth

For today’s children as they grow up and progress at school, it is essential to not only making them self confident, but also inculcate them with independent thinking ability.

The schools have a role in engaging with parents to impart courage and self-confidence. Together we have to develop the emotional strength in the children to face and overcome challenges in life. Generally parents and grand-parents tend to be over-protective of the children.

You never know when life throws a spin at you, by way of unexpected challenges – could be health of kith & Kin or an economic crisis, job losses, etc. In such situations, we need the extra energy, and go for that extra mile support. That quality of emotional strength and character should get developed from early age through good parenting. The education system, particularly schools are key to imparting the strength of character in a person.

It happens when school education and teachers inspire the students, by setting examples themselves, and powerful story telling of great personalities from different fields: Sciences, Music, Arts, Theater, and of courageous warriors and peacemakers, to the great thinkers of different eras.
