Do we know what we already know?

Most of us would like to believe we know.

However, when we are faced with challenges, need for creativity and problem solving, we tend to dig deeper in our minds, and many times, magically come up with solutions.

  • It could be tacit knowledge and experience that has a subtle presence in our subconscious mind.
  • It could be an outcome of collective thinking in a team.
  • It could simply be about researching more, by reading books or a well directed Reasearch online.

“Knowing what we know” could give us self-confidence, help us learn to listen, know when to stop talking and start listening.

It will also help us “know what we don’t know”!
