Collaborative Leadership for Effective eLearning

At the onset of the lockdown due to nCOVID19 crisis, most educational institutions from schools to universities to coaching centers quickly jumped onto the remote live lectures using live video streaming tools. It was fine in the short term.

However, with the extended lockdown, our education system should be doing more than broadcast the live lectures. They need to deploy additional tools for more effective learner engagement, interaction, feedback, assessments and projects that encourage independent learning and teamwork. We need to prepare so that eLearning is effective in the long haul. It is time for the leaders in education to come together.
