I’ve been an entrepreneur for over two decades. Being an entrepreneur is all about the thrill of expansion and the obstacles of a sometimes rocky journey.
As an entrepreneur, you develop through innovation, inception, startup, growth, plateau, and growth again, all of which are reflected in the FY end figures and Q on Q numbers. I recounted the strong tale of Excelsoft, the Company’s core sense of purpose, and other linked entities like a not-for-profit school we run and a handful of skill development centers we managed when I was conducting business development and selling.
The data from the previous three years, or more, are gratifying and a must-do for many Company associates, customers, partners, investors, and so on. However, the tale must be compelling, and the way we communicate it must be effective, and our value proposition, or the attractiveness of our Company, must be enhanced.
Internally, the tale must be told in order to establish a strong belief system and external linkages.
